Bazadom Terms of Service

Bazadom is a platform for publishing and searching real-estate listings. Bazadom is not a real-estate intermediary, a party to any transaction, or a representative of a seller, buyer, landlord, or tenant.

Accounts and Listings

Users are responsible for the accuracy of data, the right to publish content, and keeping listings up to date. Adding a listing requires an account and a verified phone number in Bazadom Accounts.

Moderation

Bazadom may temporarily limit visibility, reject, or remove content if it violates these terms, the law, safety rules, or platform quality standards. The user receives a reason for the decision and may submit an appeal from their account.

Reports and DSA

Content reports, takedown requests, data corrections, and source-owner requests are accepted through the Report a problem page. Aggregate information is published on the Transparency page.

Responsibility

Bazadom provides search and contact tools. Users independently verify the legal, technical, and financial condition of properties and the terms of any transaction.
